Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order conformation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

For calculated shipping rates: shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery for orders over £25 within UK.

Deliveries are made from 9.00am on Monday to Friday.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accepts returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please email us as soon as possible at desiraenterprises.org@desiraenterprises.org with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solutions.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same conditions you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or a proof of purchase

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
